loginsubmit is not listed in the rights manager, preventing login on some configurations

In com.xpn.xwiki.user.impl.xwiki.XWikiRightServiceImpl.java.getRight(String action), loginsubmit was not listed among the possible rights. Thus, whenever a login was processed, the user did not have the right to perform that action.
