Cannot import a xar containing %3A in its file name

How I reproduced it:

• go to admin import UI
• upload a file named org.xwiki.contrib%3Apresentation-xwiki-application-1.2.xar
• click on it -> it can't find it and impossible to delete it through import UI

Probably the link and delete buttons forget to properly escape the file name (it's properly displayed).
