Add section ID in the user profile customization and leave Section Name as static or translatable string.

    Description

      The current Section Name field is missleading because it is internally used as Section ID.

      The proposal is to separate the two aspects, allowing the admin to specify as Section Name a fixed String or a call to the messagetool for internationalization.
