Import GUI is better be explicitly seen, rather than hidden withing WYSIWIG editor

Export and Import are complimentary pair.

It is natural flow to import the document as new page loosing nothing. It is relatively innatural flow to import document while editing, loosing all the currently saved text/work.

To sum it up - it would be nice to have Import menu on page toolbar, liek we have for Export menu. Or maybe merge them into Import/Export menu or File menu (mimicking desktop usual File/Open and File/Save menu arrangement, and also File/Import and File/Export seen in some apps including OpenOffice)
