Skin is not "refreshed" after installing through the Distribution Wizard

    Description

      To reproduce:

      • Download a clean XE hsqldb/jetty
      • remove the data/ dir
      • Start and install E UI through the Distribution Wizard

      After the last step you'll be redirected to the home page but with the default skin that exists when the XE UI is not installed. To see the new skin the user needs to force refresh his browser.
