Links to web and blog rss feeds should not be rendered on login page if not visible by XWikiGuest

Links web and blog rss feeds are currently rendered in the login page even though the web site content may not be readable to an anonymous user. This causes problems with the Google Toolbar which follows the links upon login and displays a page allowing for subcribing to the feeds instead of the home page of the web site or whatever page the user was attempting to display before hitting the login screen.
