Default TimeZone not correctly displayed

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • login
      • go to your profile page
      • click on Preferences tab
      • You will see that the Default Timezone having a value of 20

      If you edit the page and re-save, everything will be ok.

      Note that Default System Zone = – option, meaning that after save, you won't see the value of it. Similar with the other options.
