Add translation keys for Search Suggest

    Description

      Search Suggest doesn't seem to have translation keys. They look all hardcoded in

      • /xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-search/xwiki-platform-search-ui/src/main/resources/XWiki/SearchSuggestConfig.xml

      The wiki used to take the screenshots is in French, but some of the content is still in English language
