Users should be forced to write a post title when creating a new blog post

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Click on "Blog"
      2. Click on the blue "Create" button (create.png); you're redirected to a page where there's another "Create" button (create2.png)
      3. Click on the "Create" button; you're redirected to the edit page of a blog post named "Post title" (post_title.png)

      On IE8 and IE9 a blog post named "Post title" is created after you first click on the Create button (step 2).
