Search suggest does not work when there is only one activated source in configuration

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit XWiki.SearchSuggestConfig and leave only one activated source
2. Go to any page and use the suggest search input to search for a word

You will notice that you will get not results, although there are documents matching the active query.
