Remove useless query string parameters in URL of MySQL Connector/J configuration

The URL contains & which is at the end in the output configuration produce & which is one amp; too much.
Anyway, all parameters are almost useless since these are either the default value of 5.x or is auto detected based on DB.

So I propose to simplify the configuration of Connector/J and remove all the query string from the URL.
