No ability to restore a page which has been deleted from the deleted page URL using Oracle 11G R2

Steps to reproduce:

• create a XEM with Oracle
• install WorkspaceTemplate
• create a workspace
• in that workspace, create a page and delete it.
• after you confirm that you want to delete, you will get the message "Document has been deleted", but instead you should have got the table from where you can restore it. Forthermore, if you click on refresh (F5), the page will be reloaded telling you that the document does no exist, like is never existed.

You can restore the deleted page by going to the Document Index -> Deleted Documents

This behavior is not consistent because on other DB's you get the option to restore the page right from the page's URL.
