When creating a new blog its title is not properly encoded

Steps to reproduce:

• go on the Blog.Management page of your wiki
• fill in a space for the new blog
• fill in the title for example "my blog title"
• create the blog with the option "blog inside an existing space"
  Result:
  The new blog title will be "my+blog+title".
