Make the email obfuscation configurable through an XWiki preference

    Description

      While fixing XWIKI-9071 a default custom displayer for email properties have been added. Unfortunately it always obfuscates the email address. When using XWiki for an intranet it makes more sense to not obfuscate the email addresses. It would be good to have an XWiki preference to control the email obfuscation.
