Button on Blog Management button has the wrong style

In the Blog.Management page there is a button to create new blogs around line 61:

<input type="submit" value="${escapetool.xml($services.localization.render('xe.blog.manage.create'))}"/>

This button misses a class="button" to look like the "usual" xwiki buttons.
