Workspaces Information panel should be named Wiki Information after migrating to 5.2M2

Steps to reproduce:

• create a XEM on 4.5.4 using DW, install Workspaces template, and create a workspace
• Using DW, migrate the whole wiki to 5.2M2. Upgrade all wikis in step 3
• create a new Workspace
• on all workspaces WebHome, you will see that there is a panel called Workspace Information. The panel should be called Wiki information. Also, since the freshly created workspace is the same, the workspaces template might be out of date.
