FAQ Search page should be in the FAQ space

The faq application serves the search page from the space FAQCode. It should be served from the FAQ page (using an include from the FAQCode page). Even better would allow to have multiple FAQ spaces but that is another need.

In general users should not see the FAQCode page as it doubles configuration of panels and rights and also forces parent to be set across spaces.
