If profile details fields are empty, don't display them

    Description

      Usually in XWiki when a feature is disabled we don't display it in a disable state, but we don't display it at all.

      Editing the User Profile will reveal what fields are available, but in View mode they are just empty, providing no additional information.

      Also there are some fields (like Blog Feed) that might not even be filled so they will be forever empty.

      We should display just the fields that have a value associated with it.

      In case of Preferences, instead of an empty value, we should display the 'Defaul value', see XWIKI-7715
