Missing Wiki Information panel from WebHome page after creating subwiki

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • start a 5.3 M2
      • create a subwiki with the options:
        • "Open for any user to join"
        • "Only global users are available in the wiki" (old workspace)

      After DW kicks in and installing the subwiki, on the homepage of the wiki there is NO Wiki Information Panel.
