UI issue on Panel Wizard Page about Wiki Information Panel

    Description

      • Setup a 5.3 M2 wiki
      • create a subwiki using the "Only global users are available in the wiki"
      • after installing the subwiki with the DW, you will notice that you don't have the "Wiki Information Panel". Let's just add it.
      • Go to the subwiki administration -> Panel Wizard
      • Notice the small velocity code which is printed.
