Be able to manually trigger a canceled DW from UI

    Description

      If an user accidentally hits 'Cancel' instead of 'Skip' it's very complicated to rerun the DW, see http://xwiki.markmail.org/thread/gkx5jd6pmn3nxe5e

      We should have a entry in the UI in order to trigger DW.
