Missing dependency to Activity Stream UI in Tags UI

Affects older versions than 5.2, but spotted on that version (on e.x.o).

Do: Uninstall ActivityStream app, test Tags app

If AS is uninstalled, when viewing an individual tag, the style is broken (Main.Tags uses the activity macro)
