The register new user page looks ugly

The "Register new user" page needs to have its style fixed. All fields should be aligned to the right. Additionaly, we need to fix the odd tabbing behavior : 2 tab key press are necessary to switch from one field to the following even though one tab key press should be sufficient (one needs to hit "tab" twice to go to the next field).
