Paste Fails in CKEditor

    Description

      I updated today and after version 1.24 for CK Editor was upgraded the paste function does not work.  I am running 10.5 served from windows and using a Mac Chrome browser.  The button bar for paste does not work, it popups a box (See attached "Paste Fails")  Using keyboard keys to paste also fails.

      Prior to the upgrade, it worked without issue.
