The text from the Watchlist section isn't properly displayed on IE9

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the wiki in your full screen/ resized screen
2. Hover over your "Profile" and select "Watchlist"

This bug can be reproduced when you are on view mode (for i.e. you see the Watchlist after you open it in your Profile - see the attachement "Watchlist") and when you try to edit it (see the attachement - Watchlist 2).
