Moving the mouse during an action freezes ie8

Steps to reproduce (for example):

1. Click on "Add" button
2. Select "Page"

Problems:

1. After you cliked on "Page"
2. Move your mouse on the screen
3. You will be redirected to attachment1.png
4. You need to reload your page to see the fields for creating a page
5. After reload, the icons from "Applications" panels, Profile, buttons are not well displayed (see the attachment 2.png)

I think that this problem can be caused by low RAM
