Implement some filtering based on the skin when you switching from Flamingo to Colibri

    Description

      This issue is based on XWIKI-11014 (see the discussion from Comments).

      It would be great that when you want to switch from Flamingo to Colibri:

      1. to not be able to not pick Font Awesome with Colibri (when Colibri is detected on skin to have this option on Icon Themes)
      2. to change automatically the Color Theme once the Colibri was detected on skin
