Do not fail the UI when there's a problem rendering the document's content

    Description

      XWikiDocument#getRenderedTitle() can fail, for example if the underlying content parser generates an error. Thus when an exception is raised I propose to log it as an error but continue and use the page name as the returned title.

      This is important because titles are used everywhere: top level menus, panels, activity stream, etc.
