    Description

      In XWIKI-10449 we tried to have menus serve two purposes: navigation and menus.
      Since some users got confused about the not natural behaviour of menus, we are reverting to the default Bootstrap menu interaction, while providing a new entry in the menu for the navigation purpose, see attached images.
