Domain-based subwikis cannot use a skin stored in the main wiki and a color theme stored in the subwiki

The URL generated to point to the skin contains a parameter that set the color theme. But in that URL, the color theme reference is not a full reference, so XWiki is looking on the main wiki.

eg:

/xwiki/wiki/subwiki/skin/skins/flamingo/style.css?skin=xwiki%3AXWiki.DefaultSkin&colorTheme=FlamingoThemes.Charcoal

should be

/xwiki/wiki/subwiki/skin/skins/flamingo/style.css?skin=xwiki%3AXWiki.DefaultSkin&colorTheme=subwiki%3AFlamingoThemes.Charcoal

It actually happens only on farms where "path mode" is disabled.
