The annotation's reply button no longer opens the threaded reply textarea inside the Comments tab

The fix for XWIKI-11032 changed a bit the markup of the annotation display control so the javascript for the annotation reply button is not registering properly. This means that instead of opening the threaded comment reply textarea in the Comments tab, it would just fallback on the anchor to the annotation inside the comments tab, without opening the threaded reply textarea.
