Fixing padding and gradient for Menu with Flamingo skin

Flamingo adds some padding to all list. In order to be displayed accordingly the padding needs to be reseted.
Also we need to remove the gradient for Flamingo skin (and keep it just for Colibri) since Flamingo does not provide gradients.
