When changing the color theme, not all the interface elements get the new colors but only after a clear cache

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Change the Theme of the XE (I suggest a darker one)
      2. Go to Main Page
      3. Click on Edit- inline
      4. The Add Gadget, Add Column buttons and the dashboard have the color from the previous theme
      5. Clear cache

      After clearing the cache the Add Gadget, Add Column buttons and Dashboard have the right color.
