Improper redirect when you cancel the request for adding a new user

    Description

      1. Add a new user as an admin.
      2. It appears the window with user`s future contact details.
      3. Click cancel.
      4. A new page is shown in front, with the same details, but without any css style.
      5. At the same time, I get in the console this messages:

      • SQL Error: -104, SQLState: 23505
      • Integrity constraint violation: unique constraint or index violation; SYS_PK_10317 table: XWIKIRCS
      • Reproduced on: Firefox 39 and IE 11
      • Wasn`t reproduced on: Chrome 43
