Rename Blog home page from "The Wiki Blog" to "Blog"

    Description

      This is for consistency. Right now when you see the list of Document using the DocumentTree Macro for example you see:

      |_ The Wiki Blog
|_ Dashboard
|_ Wiki Home
|_ Sandbox
...

      We should use simply "Blog" to be consistent with other apps like Dashboard, Sandbox, etc.

      In addition we can have more than 1 blog in the wiki.
