The tree for a subwki element in the breadcrumbs displays the main wiki's documents instead of sibling subwikis

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a subwiki for global users (so that we have both home and the subwiki in the breadcrumbs)
      2. Go to the subwiki
      3. Expand the breadcrumb tree for the subwiki element
      4. Observe that instead of seeing sibling subwikis, you see the top level documents of the main wiki.
