Add the ability to create UI extensions in skins templates

    Description

      We are making our UI more and more with extension points. That's a good thing. But it's a bit difficult to mix UI extensions with static code defined in templates.

      A simpler method would be to allow the creation of a UI extensions directly in the templates (either in /templates or in /skins), so that it would be very easy to mix both UI code.
