Bad description for "watch space" in a terminal page

• Go to a terminal page, like Blog.BlogIntroduction
• Open the notifications menu
• Hover the second watch icon that have replaced "watch space".
• Here is what you get:
  

The tooltip says "Watch this page and children", which is not what this feature really does in the case of a terminal page.

It will actually watch the parent page and the children of the parent.

We should (when the page is terminal):

• either remove this button
• change the tooltip

I'm for changing the tooltip.
