No vertical scrollbar in the drawer when there are many entries

    Description

      To reproduce :

      • Go in your wiki administration
      • Set it to multilanguage and empty the field "available language"
      • Go on Sandbox.WebHome
      • Open the side bar
      • Clic on language to expand the language list
      • There is no scroll bar available

      Expected result:

      • The vertical scroll bar is active in the sidebar if there are more entries than the height of the visible block
