Add a language picker for the Administration fields

    Description

      I think we could update the fields "SUPPORTED LANGUAGES" and "DEFAULT LANGUAGE" to use a language picker instead of Admins writing plain text.

      For the first field we could use a multi select list, and for the second one a single select one.
