The UI does not allow setting Marathi as language anymore

    Description

      Same issue for various other languages available on http://l10n.xwiki.org.

      Since XWIKI-13567 the admin UI only allow choosing a locale officially supported by Java and this does not includes Marathi for which we provide resources on http://l10n.xwiki.org.

      The best would probably be to embed ICU4J (http://site.icu-project.org/) in the WAR.
