Display the default editor instead of the Text editor when adding a Long Text field in AWM

History:

• In the past when using the GWT WYSIWYG editor we were displaying Long Text fields as text
• When CKEditor was introduced and bundled in platform, a big refactoring was done in XWIKI-13528 and that made the default editor to be used when drag and dropping a Long Text field in AWM, i.e. the CKEditor editor.
• That was nice but it caused the blocker issue XWIKI-13788 and we needed to release 8.4.

Thus this issue is opened for the future to properly fix the issue and allow the user to see configured editor.

Also note that that user is allowed to change the editor when editing a Long Text field properties in AWM. When this happens, ideally the DOM should be modified to display the corresponding editor on the fly.
