French translated Office Server State doesn't look good (on l10n the Translated text appears to be État du serveur)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Go to Administer Wiki
3. In Localization set Multilingual to No, Supported Languages to French and Default Language also to French
4. Click Save
5. Click on Serveur Office

Expected results: All content is translated in french.

Actual results: The État du serveur isn't showing properly, there is "État du serveur" instead.
