Auto-create a batch id when deleting pages with translations from the History viewer

    Description

      Steps:

      • Go to Sandbox.TestPage3
      • Switch to History tab
      • Delete version '1.1'
      • Go to Recycle bin
        You will see that the delete action deleted 2 pages, the original and one translations (de). Restoring the original page, will not restore also the translation (or ask to restore it), since the History viewer doesn't provide provide a batch id for the action.
