Links to xwiki.cfg and xwiki.properties are missing in /usr/lib/xwiki/WEB-INF/ in the debian package

    Description

      I have a virtual machine with Debian Jessie installed.
      I have installed java, tomcat7, and the XWiki distribution.

      According to the documentation, we should have:

      /usr/lib/xwiki/WEB-INF/xwiki.cfg        --> /etc/xwiki/xwiki.cfg
/usr/lib/xwiki/WEB-INF/xwiki.properties --> /etc/xwiki/xwiki.properties

      But I don't see them.

      Moreover, strange bugs happen too, see the screenshot.
