Can't add jpeg image as Avatar

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Click on profile
      2. Click on pen icon to change Avatar image
      3. Click Browse
      4. Select a jpeg image from your device
      5. Click on Upload and select

      Expected results: The image is uploaded and selected as the new avatar.

      Actual results: The image is not uploaded. Message "Unsupported file format" appears.
