Allow admins to define the accepted image types for user profile avatar

In the attachmentSelector macro used in XWiki.XWikiUserSheet, the image types accepted are "png,jpg,jpeg,gif". There are some more that could be used: ico, svg, tif, tiff, webp.

This could be done from Administration -> User profile, like it is done for the Syntaxes, with the current values defined by default.
