Notification toggles are not properly displayed on all browsers

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

      1. Enable the Notification watch feature by changing the xwiki.properties file "notifications.watchedEntities.enabled = true"
      2. Login
      3. Click on bell icon to display Notifications toggles

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      All 3 toggles ('Watch this page', 'Watch this page and children' and 'Watch this wiki') are displayed in line.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      The toggles are displayed in line only on Firefox browser, on the IE, Chrome and Edge are displayed in 2 lines.
