Clear All notifications doesn't work if following an user

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      Preconditions: An user (e.g. U1) is already created.

      1. Login as U1
      2. Go to User Index and click on Admin's profile
      3. Click 'Not following' button and select 'Start following'
      4. Login as Admin
      5. Create/update/comment/delete some pages
      6. Login as U1
      7. Observe the notification list
      8. Click on Watchlist bell
      9. Click 'Clear All' > 'Yes'
      10. Refresh the page

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      All notifications from the list are cleared and the message 'No notifications available' is displayed.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      The notifications are cleared from the list, but after page refresh, all notifications are displayed again.
