Script right is tested in the context of the current document

It totally defeat the purpose of the SCRIPT right which is supposed to be about the source of the current executing code...

A simple way to reproduce is to:

• save some visible panel with a simple user
• deny script right for this user in a specific page

-> the panel works everywhere but in that page
